PROFILOR
– is a 360 degree feedback tool used to do collect feedback on how people around you perceive your leadership. It was introduced by Personnel Decisions International (PDI) in 1991. The PROFILOR competency model identifies performance dimensions which differentiate between effective and ineffective managers, focus on skills and behaviors rather than style and provide insight into what managers must do differently to increase their effectiveness. The PROFILOR feedback acts like a 4-way mirror. You’ll find out not only how your boss sees you, but also how your direct reports and peers see you. You can expect some differences in these three reflections, especially when comparing them to how you have been seeing yourself in your “hand held” mirror.
