Founder of Asia-Pacific
Leadership Development Institute (APLDI), Nils Lindstedt,
has lived in China and worked in the entire Asia-Pacific region
for the past 10 years. Before establishing APLDI, Nils has
been designing a number of highly effective eye-opening learning
solutions for multinational companies, including a global
leadership development program for Volvo Car Corporation and
a program around the drivers and complexity of motivation
for middle managers and executives in Ericsson.
With the establishment of APLDI he intends to contribute
with his accumulated experience through the facilitation of
a dialogue between people coming from various backgrounds
and environments. He believes that for change to happen within
an organization, you need to start with the individual. Through
a careful design of development programs together with a sensitive
ear for the unique situation and needs of each client, Nils’
strength lies in arranging creative learning solutions that
are especially suitable for senior managers and executives
who expect something outside the normal.
