Eileen has been working in the learning and development field
mainly in China and part of Asia Pacific region since 1995.
Eileen has conducted over 200 open seminars in both Beijing
and Guangzhou since 1998 and has delivered in-house programs
for over 200 companies.
Her rich working experience in China witnessed the changes
and developments of many industries and this made her believe
that leadership development is vital to the success of any
individual and organization. With this belief and her passion
in the learning field, she joined APLDI. Numerous managers
and leaders of organizations have experienced growth within
themselves and among their people as well as in their companies
through Eileen’s facilitation.
She was awarded
one of “the best 10 Facilitators in China” in
2002. The books Eileen translated and brought into the Chinese
learning industry have become bestsellers, they are “Personality
Plus”, “Your Personality Tree”, “Developing
the Leaders around You”, “The Parable of Pipeline”
and “The Strategy of Success”. She has over ten
years’ study and research in personality and leadership
which has made her a recognised expert in this area.
